Termination form

Please provide the details below. Clicking „cancel now“ submits your termination declaration; we will immediately confirm by e-mail the content of your declaration, the date and time we received it, and the date your contract ends.

Without a date, your termination takes effect at the earliest possible time — the end of your current billing period.

What happens after your termination

Your termination takes effect on receipt — we record that moment and confirm it to you by e-mail. You can keep using PRIMAMCP unchanged until the contract ends; after that nothing is billed and your access moves to the free tier. We do not delete your data automatically with the termination — you can request account deletion in your account settings. Received a termination you did not request? Reply to the confirmation e-mail and we will reverse it.
